1. How long have you lived in Austin?
I was born in Austin but have lived in other places, New York, Las Vegas, and Mexico. After about 10 years of being away, I came back home in 1999.

Trevor Noah - “Born a Crime”
4. One thing you love about working in manufacturing?
I am never bored.
5. Where is the best place you’ve traveled to?
This a hard one! Spain, Italy, and Malta are the top three.
6. What is your favorite inspirational quote?
“You can’t find a road, build a road.” By: Some random guy that helped me get my truck out of sand in the Valley of Fire.
7. Before working at Tootie Pie Co./The Cake Plate, what was the most unusual or interesting job you had?
I worked for Le Cirque 2000 in New York and Las Vegas in the savory side of the kitchen. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget!
