33 years.
How do you spend your free time?
We are remodeling a house from its studs. That has taken a lot of free time. Otherwise, we love to travel both internationally and domestically.
What is your favorite sporting event that you have ever attended?
My daughter’s state championship softball game.
What is the most important skill you have developed in your career?
Listen first, talk second.
If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Garden salad with chicken from BBQ grill.
What advice would you give to someone looking to get into a career in manufacturing?
Be open to all methods, both traditional and emerging. Listen carefully and learn from everyone in the industry. I have learned from very those who are experienced as well as rookies. They all contribute.
