ARMA is hosting a conversation on Automation & Robotics on March 1. Join us to hear John Newman, Co-Owner of Athena Manufacturing discuss their journey implementing solutions in welding, grinding and machine tending as well as his thoughts about ROI and how his philosophy has changed over the years. Then we will hear from Derek Black, Co-Owner of ARM Automation. he will share his expertise with:

• How to write specifications and engage automation solution providers.
• How to evaluate opportunities for automation in your manufacturing operation.
• Common pitfalls for automation projects
  The location for the event is Goodwill Industry’s Resource Recovery Center on Burleson Rd. Space is limited and we recommend you register quickly if you want to attend. This event is initially open to manufacturers and Cornerstones only. After the presentation, anyone interested can attend a tour of the Goodwill facility. It is not a high-tech environment but it is very interesting and unique to see how they manage literally tons of donated goods daily and maximize value to support their mission.
