November Luncheon | ARMA Workforce Study Panel Thursday, November 16

Join us November 16 as we release our Workforce Study—detailed insight into the challenges manufacturers face attracting and maintaining talent. This initiative sought the responses of over 150 central Texas companies and is the best look yet and what skills companies are seeking, hard to hire positions, and how they are managing to fill the gaps. Sara Oldmixon, visiting researcher at the Ray Marshall Center and lead investigator for the study, will present the finding and then moderate a panel discussion with area companies and training providers.
