Executives and experts alike are talking a lot about alignment and accountability, yet everyone has different ideas about where to focus. We all know we need more alignment in our organizations, and want the entire organization to feel fully accountable for its results, but many leaders lack the knowledge and perspective to guide their efforts, and many lack the tools to do so. This session provides a solid foundation of information on what is proven to align an organization and increase accountability. Participants will leave with a clear perspective about how their current practices are not encouraging accountability, where to focus their change efforts, and some proven tools and resources to build a culture of accountability in their organizations.
