Join ARMA for an inside look at Austin Lighthouse, a mission‑driven manufacturing and distribution operation supporting meaningful employment for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. This guided tour offers members a close view of their production environment, workforce model, and the innovative processes that power their federal and commercial contracts. Attendees will gain practical insight into adaptive manufacturing, operational flow, and the organization’s impact across Central Texas. A boxed lunch will be provided.
