Organization Overview
Since 1958 Jamestown Plastics has been solving customers’ problems with innovative approaches to product design, engineering, and production. As experts in both light-gauge and heavy-gauge thermoforming, we serve a variety of industries including automotive, medical / healthcare, consumer goods, electronics, and general industrial.
With extensive capabilities using a variety of materials and processes to serve any industry, the success of your projects is ensured by:
1) Understanding Requirements - Projects begin with gaining a complete understanding of the current situation and identifying the areas where customer-focused product improvements can be made.
2) Controlling Variables - All Design, Tooling, and Manufacturing is performed in-house by our talented team using the latest technologies. This level of vertical integration allows rapid turn-around times on new program development.
3) Redundant Capacity - Manufacturing facilities in Brownsville, TX; Brocton, NY; and Meadville, PA provide redundant manufacturing capabilities and achieve logistical and geographical advantages while
creating a more robust supply chain for our customers.
Our Brownsville, TX facility houses our ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms, controlling particulate throughout the entire manufacturing process. We also maintain a robust Quality Management System, as evidenced by our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certifications.
